Daytime? L4D2

Post by BigBiker05 » Sat Oct 31, 2009 1:53 pm

So I was wondering if anyone knew how many of the campaigns would be daytime? We know perish is, carnival is night, swamp is night.

My prob is daylight isn't really that thrilling. Takes the horror out. If ya know let me know.

I won't be surprised to see a night time version of parish released by either valve or the community so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

I was to understand that it was the first stage of perish... I could be wrong though...

Well considering I haven't even had the chance to play the demo yet I can't speak for it personally :)

From what I read, the daylight wouldn't necessarily take the “thrill” out of the frenetic zombie massacre. That's because it can hinder your gameplay just as much as the darkness of night, with the sun blinding you and all, and therefore, having a harder time seeing the zombies.

Also, I played the demo, and it was just as hectic, if not more, than the first L4D.
