Haha, nice. I'd heard a lot of those interspersed throughout the campaigns, but it takes hearing them all together to realize just how much stuff Francis hates. But he doesn't hate vests! 
Also, interesting note, if you go through the commentary track, they say that the vocal bit where the helicopter pilot changes into an infected got cut out because it just diminished the sense of accomplishment that the Survivors had when they got through the finale. There's lots of interesting stuff in the commentary, I'd really suggest going through it if you haven't already.
