Looks like a great guide. :D

You can also check out the manual at http://www.insmod.net/manual
It has some visuals and some helpful tips. :)

Couple helpful tips for newbs. Might be in the guides listed, but I'm sick and lazy right now. Turn off HDR lighting if you have it on, it's supposed to increase your draw distance a little.

You are going to die.... a LOT. Often from twitchy people on your own team.

HL2 engine's drawbox is a square, you'll see farther out to the sides of your vision that directly ahead. Use this to your advantage.

Pistol draw times are ridiculously slow, it's more advantageous to just reload your primary, unless you have a shotgun an need to shoot more than 15-20m.

most weapons reload times are 2-3x as long as the pistol draw time, I don't agree with this tip. I primarily play sergeant, militant, or rifleman, and on every weapon in all of those classes, drawing pistol is more advantageous to reloading unless you have -perfect- cover

You may be right. I'll double check when I get a chance. It seems crazy that you'd keep your safety on in a war zone though. Watching my guy draw, then look at then click the safety off all at a leisurely pace while the enemy is charging at me guns blazing must be why I feel it's slower. :P
