It is kinda like how dispenser jumping is. The only way to stop it really is to have the map bounds fixed. I dont think so tbh. Not on karkar.

Karkar is one of my favorite maps and I love playing as a Marine so I dont really care.

Boosting is against the rules.

Is it also against the rules to jump on someone's back to get into the alley (behind the bus) on the Baghdad map when you're the Marines? There's a washing machine somewhere that can also help you to do it, and I think you can even do it yourself with NO help if you time your button-mashing just right.

Yeah you don't have to boost to get into that alley. It's pretty easy to jump the sand bags. So is that considered and exploit if you just jump over them? I don't see any reason why it would be since both sides have equal access. The few times I've done it nothing good came of it so feel free to tell me not because I wouldn't do it again even if it's allowed probably.

My opinion is that if you can reach a spot like those alone, then it's not much of an exploit. However if ya need like 2 or more folks helping ya reach it, *then* it's a no-no. As already mentioned on the Baghdad map, anyone can get over those sandbags, it's just a matter of timing, if no one's already moved the washer over for ya to jump off of. As for the roof in Karkar, that I'm not so sure was ever meant to be reached.

boosting is using some1 to get to a position that is higher than the person can get to alone, like jumping on thier back...so getting on the roof of A on Karkar, unless done by urself, is exploiting it.

stoped a pair from doing it yesterday and got inentionally TKed by the guy who was helping the sniper up a few times...when on Karkar watch to c if Roscoe goes on top of A...he's the one i'v seen do it on several different occasions w/ different people boosting him, Kaos helped him yesterday and i was Tked by him for telling him to stop...it gives an unfair advantage to the already overpowered INS side on that map, it's hard enough the Marines have to fight up hill to get to A w/o people exploiting the map :/
