The vote kick/ban is already added along with several other commands. If you want access to these commands I suggest signing up as a supporter for the Ville under the ville menu to the left. You will also get some other cool stuff as well.

As far as admining, I try to hop on that server every now and again. I will try to play it more so I can get a better feel for the game and help get rid of the problem.

I don't think it's him. The ban manager shows that he is still trying to join with his banned account. Now, he has some mates that might be engaging in the same behavior. Don't worry, they will be dealt with also. For the most part, we try to give folks several chances before we ban them (unlike some communities).

There was a glitch with SourceBans that allowed him in temporarily. It has since been fixed.

Ive seen it about half full a few times.

But we should be trying to fill it anyway I do what I can to seed the Insurgency servers, but they can be hard to seed sometimes.

its the holyday season, servers are bound to lose some of their regulars and pubs players. half the country is moving around and upside down to regroup.
