Server test night

Post by Dog » Tue May 13, 2008 9:40 pm

Thanks to all the folks who showed up, despite my admin abuse, to put the server through its paces.
Got a lot of info back on the setup, which was good.

Maybe we can run a GunGame night this week as well.
Like I said, the server will usually be a normal CSS server, but we can run GunGame with a config change and a reboot!

It's such a great feeling to absolutely suck at a game and still have a blast playing it. :)
I am the 1%!

It was fine until the AoA server started to fill hehe.
No worries, though. AoA wasn't busy last night at all, so pings were really good!

Ya, it used to host 20 ppl on TFC just fine. AOA usually only gets one or two ppl. If worse comes to worse and CSS picks up we will just shut down AOA.

We just had about 12 or so on the CSS server without any issues from what I could see.
