I also experienced problems with the Red Team spawning in the wrong room. We played through a Blue round - I'm pretty sure it worked then. However, during the next round, the Red Team started spawning in the final spawn zone part way through the first point.

The first point at which I noticed it was after a Blue spy grabbed the intel and attempted to cap it on the first point. As a Red demoman was standing on the first point, the spy was killed and the intel dropped on the point. I'm not sure how that could have triggered it, but that was the point at which I noticed it.

After blue caps that first point, red's spawn gets pushed back to the third point and the wall is still up between 2 and 3 so point two is basically a free capture for blue.

I can't seem to isolate the problem...

I can't seem to reproduce the bug on my own server....

As far as I can tell, all the settings are correct....

So, until I figure it out (probably have to redo the entire spawn system) I'm going to ask to have it removed.

Very frustrating! :bad-words: :splat:

Very frustrating! :bad-words: :splat:[/quote]If you'd like use of our testbed and access to upload new builds, I'd be glad to do so for you. I haven't tried it on the testbed, but I assume the bug happens there as well (we can find out tomorrow if you'd like)

[/quote]Ugh....that seems very weird if it's just happening on one server - That would mean all your outputs were set up correctly. It's a long shot, but I wonder if it's even something as stupid as a bad sourcemod plugin screwing something up.

I should throw your map on my server and see if I can reproduce the problem.

Hey guys...


I'm picking this back up, I found all my files. I'm hoping with a fresh head I can either find the bug, or bite the bullet and redo the spawns.

I have found the error, corrected, and tested the the fix. We are back in business people!


I'll upload the new version when I get it compiled. :D

Yay! I liked this map last time I played it. :)
