to any that play CS:S i had a msg pop up on my screen while playing to day that stated i needed to download a plugin from mani_admin_plugin.com is this real because ive never had this happen before

Red, it was a server issue. We, as players, shouldn't have ot dl and install anything unless steam does it for us automatically.
