It has been brought to my attention, that people are loosing money in game , this does happen from time to time, in the past we have been posting it in the forum, an from time to time when we see Dog he gives it back, just give him time an to check through the forums, he will make it right as rain

I found my 41k or so missing yesterday.

Obviously, I need to spend more money on airstrikes and shields... and stop hording!

Will look at the code again.
I may have to change the way the SQL works.

Maybe SQLite would be more reliable.

Yep.
Right now it stores remotely, which was set up like that when we had 3 L4DoD servers.
Now it makes more sense to store the data on the gameserver itself.

I too, lost money again. I had 42,000 and change Thursday Night (3/24/16) and on Friday afternoon I had 22,000 and change. Could I get it back please?

I also lost my loots again - was up to 42k and down to 600 now. I swear I am trying to spend it more!

Should be working fine now.
I changed the DB over to SQLite located on the server.
Seems to run just fine.

If I see you guys in-game, I'll see if I can't give you some of mine. I always seem to earn way more than I can use, and it's been my habit from the beginning to give it away. Remind me if you see me.

Not sure about anyone else but just connected earlier for a game and money was gone ...

Normally just start again but it's about the 5th time for me in the last 2 or 3 months so a little more annoying this time round ...

Had just got it back up to $9000 (with some from Dog in game topping it up - thanks) so can start again like usual but wo man it is frustrating starting at 0 again? and the recent ping increase ... been a tough few months for poor me ...

I posted awhile back about whether the default amount, that it gets set back to from the default database, could be set to a few thousand or more?

That way you don't go from having reasonable money to having nothing ... especially the pace of the game now/higher ping ... money allows for shields ... shields = very important

It's hard building up enough money for yourself and enough to give away before the server resets it ...

oh well ... broke and laggy ... look for me busking in game ... if I had a mic I could sing for money and entertain the allies at the same time?

ps. update - back in game and received a money gift so thank you whoever did that.

pss. not sure if steam group working but for me the shield/ink time is reduced and ammo and grenade amounts are lower, bazooka/panzer not guided etc. Removed steam group and then rejoined so will see next time if that returns it to normal steam group benefits as they are missing at the moment ... not sure if it's the same for anyone else?

- after trying the steam group rejoin, still not getting any of the steam group 'powerups' ... have less ammo, grenades (4), less shield/ink time (only lasts 5 or 6 secs), and rocket/panzer inconsistent ... but other players seemed fine?

Crazy times - could this be the beginning of the zombie apocalypse?

Sorry to let you know I lost more money. Today, 4/16/2016, I'm down to less than $800 or so. I had $24,000 last night, or so, and $42,000 sometime last month. Would like some of it back please.

Also,I like the new maps.

For you guys loosing money check if you have proper balance as soon as you join the game. If it's 0 then disconnect and join the server again. I have avoided loosing money less often this way as most of the time it works. I lost stupid amounts before I figured it out but now I just spend about what I earn and not allow it to pile up.

My first guess is that the moment you earn money starting from 0 your real balance will be overwritten. Second is that disconnecting fast enough that the 0 you start out will not overwrite what you actually have so checking as soon as you join could be a way to prevent it.
