Oh - I need to mention that Reserved Slots won't work on this server just yet.
Waiting for AlliedModders to come back online.

@Si: I'd love to get a UK/Europe server going, so we'll see. The demand from Aus/NZ was just too huge to ignore and their pings were much worse!

Thank you Dog and The Ville!

The server has been full all afternoone pretty much...I may have sat on there for a few hours lol
And having a ping around 50 has made the game so much more playable than the 200+ it use to be.
Dog ive sent you a PM also.
And tomorrow I'll donate some money across also to thank you all for your time and effort thats been put into this.

And Si-Lad doesnt need a server, hes too good already =P haha

Plas wrote:Just did a couple rounds on the new server and it stayed pretty much full the entire time. Seemed like everyone was enjoying it. I was pinging a little over 200+ and found it still quite playable. I'm sure the Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia dod l4d regulars will enjoy the sub 100 pings.
I remember playing QuakeWorld and pinging 150-250 to servers in my home state and being ecstatic at having such great pings.

How times have changed. :)

I might try and get on with our mates in the land of Oz, and see how we do. :)

From all at {FGC}* (Fun Gamers Community, www.fgcgaming.com) we thank Dog, and The Ville for making an aussie server.

Many of my members love the server already and will continue to do so.

How would one donate to dog/the ville to help server running costs?
