Current player brackets may be coming soon?

Signups are open through Saturday, so brackets will probably show up early next week.

So are the brackets going to rapidly expand?

I think we already have over 16 people plus spectators.

That would be interesting to hear. 30 different demomen drinking...

It can take nearly two hours to finish a 16-player bracket and that's on a good month. More players adds to the time and would either require more server space or more days. Not to mention getting people to show up and having all of the MeleeMania organizers be available for that long would be a daunting task.

wouldnt it be easier to split the fights and use 2 servers? we could get more people, and 2 fights going simultaneously.....but we would need more dedicated MM staff to host that.

I don't think Buzzy will be in this months MM. I don't believe she signed up. She was only in last months since Soldier is her class, she really wanted to be in that one.

So no, Buzzy and I will not be in each others presence during the Demoman MeleeMania. I'll be missing the source of motivation that got me the belt...hopefully IM conversation will have a similar effect...
