Re: Another potential Fun Night idea
awww great, I saw this thread while in school and now everyone is giving me weird glances. Oh well.
And of course
I believe that a team of engineers on dustbowl can easily defend against a team of spies.

Can we invite Kari Byron
this is a crazy coincidence!
My name is Byron, and my girl friend's name is Kari.... spelled like that.... and I watch that show sometimes!
I never noticed her name!
Anyways... back on topic.
I'd like to see a team of scouts/meds vs. demo/meds. I think the scouts would win.

I do not believe it is possible to strafe a fully loaded, level 3 SG (in circles) and destroy it with a melee weapon. . . .without dying.
I've seen it done in TFC but not yet in TF2. Would be fun to watch some poor sap try.

I've seen a Scout bat down a Level 2 sentry, but not a Level 3. I'd like to see it happen too.

I beg to differ, you gotta take crits into account, a few good crits in a row will do it.
I can run circle strafes around an SG, can't wait till we get to try!

I don't believe that a Demoman can bounce a pipe off a wall in such a manner that it hits an enemy following him (ala Meet the Demoman).
And yes, Kari FTW.

Splendid idea!
If it would be allowed, I believe that if team killing was enabled on cp_melee_knightknoll, the point would not be captured within a fifteen minute timeframe.
If that isn't allowed, then I believe that 12 Level 3 sentries lined up in a row (With engineers and dispensers behind them) could be destroyed by one pyro with an ubercharge.

There was a patch early on that caused grenades to no longer explode on impact after bouncing, so you're most likely right.
I don't think crits have an effect on buildables.

I believe a team of all engi's can defend any dustbowl map.
Well.... they can, unless you crash the server... that ive done before, lvl 1 with 11 sentries
Oh heres one for ya. I believe a lone Medic can bonesaw a heavy being healed by two medics and then bonesaw both medics.
psst.... ive done it before, the question is, can it be repeated
