Re: KILAAK CHALUNJ
That was a good game. All of the cheats and ugliness the Kilaaks have were no match for Train!

Unfortunately, I had to miss it (guess they didn't invade my section of Earth). Can someone give a recap?

Re: KILAAK CHALUNJ
This was a ton of fun and I want to thank all of the server admins and forum regulars that help make this happen. I had a blast partcipating in this event vs. the KILAAKS. Even though the KILAAKS pulled out all the stops to try and defeat the more superior human squad, all it did was make us try harder and I pretty sure the KILAAKs won't be invading again anytime soon. I missed out on the train part (which looks pretty darn funny) because I wanted to give up my spot to get some other Villuns a chance to play.
Again, thanks all, It was fun!!

I got to play for about half an hour before I was booted for a reserve.
Quick sum up for those that missed it - it was like lemmings into a SEA OF FIRE. The Humans, though ultimately successful, were dying like ants under a boot. The Kilaak had no compunctions about cheating their scaly little heads off.
They were using some strange technology that allowed them to move at lightning speeds, and walk through walls as if they didn't exist. They also had some terrible transporter technology and would often teleport themselves into our setup area before the match had actually started, or occasionally would teleport one of us into their midst, where they would tear us asunder.
However.... Most feared of all... was... THAT GOD AWFUL NOISE! What the hell was that any how?!?!?
That said, even with all the cheats in place, the humans had some nice clean legitimate victories in there before I got the Big Boot.
However, in the future....
I officially FEAR the wall walking, super speedy pyro. I can't COUNT the number of times that I was DESTROYED by one of these insidious kilaaks!
I am going to quote some one that I saw in game the other day here - "Whats the deal with pyro vs medic? I think the medic wears gasoline soaked rags for armor."
Ain't that the truth!
All in all, it was a LOT of fun. I know a few people felt gypped by the whole experience, but I personally loved every minute I got to play. I think it really helped to sharpen my skills in all honesty - you needed to be ultra-aware of where you were taking damage from, as well as quick on the draw, and light of foot.
I for one (And TheCarpe too if I am not mistaken) would LOVE to see the Kilaaks come back for another massacre soon. Ahem, I mean us massacring them of course.

Re: KILAAK CHALUNJ
Hehe, I didn't have very many encounters with the wall pyro since I was a pyro myself and wouldn't make good kindling.
I do feel sorry for the ones who were kicked for reservation. Maybe next time we can use TV1 so we can fit few more people.

A pyro who was flying through walls and flaming people to death? That kilaak seems like the best since everyone is talking about him That kilaak told me it was hilarious to see all the flaming people while hiding in the wall.
The kilaak in charge of the teleporter, although cool, was annoying. That sound you speak of was the teleporter.

Though I knew what the sound was, I thought it more fitting to consider it the sound of Kilaak battle cruisers firing down to Earth .
