Wow, I just had the most incredible NOOOO moment. Blaze rods were the last thing I needed. After two hours of searching for a fortress, and another hour trying to get a rod without getting killed, I finally got two. Went home, went to craft a potion - and accidentally crafted both rods into blaze powder. I needed one for the brewing stand!! Back to the nether...

I think what made this the most fun was Iggy's plan. I would never in my many hours of playing dig straight down.

Finally got it! A double in fact, and I could have also got the diagonal without much more work, but I need sleep. Screenshots coming shortly.

That was fun, and getting the ingredients for the potion was the most stressful thing I've ever done in Minecraft! Now I'm off to bed. Thanks for the fun event!

Edit edit: Does this mean I get something from Abiscuit's TF2 inventory? Can I have the Intangible Ascot? The halloween items there are the only ones I don't have.
