3. Alt pool is fantastic! I would prefer to have enough players per team to just fill the roster and then pull from Alts if needed. That way nobody on a team is required to sit out and it makes captaining a bit easier.

I agree with this 99%. I would have at least 1 or 2 extra players on a team, but any more than that is unnecessary if alt pools are used.

100% honest, I had no idea what I was doing and my Teamspeak wasn't working either. I'm just glad that my lackluster performance as scout (and complete lack of communication) didn't cause any problems for you and your team.

On saturday with CDi vs SOBAD with SOBAD attacking Stage 1. Alex uses her magical flying demo skills to jump behind CDi and kill their teleporters at their spawn. Meanwhile, SOBAD caps first point. Alex then goes and stands on second point earning a stage 1 victory for SOBAD in 30something seconds.

Yes. We quickly rolled stage 1, somewhat rolled stage 2 and got stuck on 3.

well not only that, but having 16 players on a team that fields 12 means that maybe 1 or 2 alt out of that whole pool get to play. However, if there is not a large pool of alts, this could be a problem since there might be too many teams for the alt pool. So I think the decision of how many folks on a team and how many teams should take the size of the alt pool into consideration: larger the alt pool, the less number of players on a team and more teams.
