1. KOTH sawmill
2. Scout has to surpass 8 enemies positioned on the map in certain areas (like american gladiators). Once the scout makes it passed the area that an enemy is in, the enemy is removed and that area is "cleared". Each enemy class can only kill the scout one time if they kill him. When killed, the scout has to respawn and continue until he makes it through the map. The fastest time wins.
3. Only taunt kills to cause damage. Sanvich is legal. Lastly, we are all adults and the rules are expected to be followed. If there are ppl meleeing or attacking in any other manner, he/she will be removed immediately and the team loses a player during the event.

Keep the questions coming if more clarification is needed. I know the announcement is vague but we have most of our angles covered. Don't be shy to point out flaws so we can fix them and manage these events better!

I wasn't questioning anyone's integrity. I was mainly asking whether laugh-stun punches to set up taunt kills are legal, which I think is a fair question when you're siccing mittened Heavies on each other. If punches could be thrown, there is a chance of accidental punch kills. That's all. Thanks for clarifying that no punches can be thrown.

I believe I am wrong here. In order to "tickle" you must melee. So, yes that it was I meant. Sorry for any confusion. That is the only method of battling here. Then the taunt to finish!

The intent is that you'll tickle-stun each other in order to setup the taunt kill.

Regarding unintentional deaths by punch. Sandviches are allowed, each team will have 1 level three dispenser, and there are two big health packs nearby. That said, anyone who dies by simple punching will be allowed to respawn and rejoin the fight in progress.

Once you're killed by the showdown, you're out for good!

your opponent's 8 highlander gladiators

The gladiators will be in designated "areas" that they are restricted to. These areas however won't be revealed until the event takes place. Other than that the weapon choices belong to them. The scout may also utilize any loadout except for the Bonk Atomic Punch and the only defined parts of the route will be the start and the finish.
