April Meleemania Sponsorship, Take 2

Okay, since we're apparently in a forum point recession, I've decided to change things around to make it more accessible and more along what everyone suggested in the other thread. Prize is still the same (One sign (Limit of 512x512 pixels) by the restrooms, as well as the opportunity to take one (1) 120 second break at any time during a match for each of the remaining matches this season.), but instead of just pure donations, here's how we'll do it.

-Get a group together (Be it guild, a couple of friends, or you and your imaginary friend(s)). Friends with good creativity is a great idea.
-Get together and draw/sketch your idea of a perfect port-a-potty. Drawing skill doesn't matter as much as the underlying concepts, so while it's cool to get fancy in the graphic, make sure all the features are explained in text well, either inside or outside of the image.
-Once it's absolutely perfect (Or good enough, at least), send it to me via PM before April 20th, 2011.
-When all the entries are in, a panel of yet-to-be-determined impartial judges will decide which one they like the best, and that entry will win the sponsorship opportunity. As well, entries will be posted along that time too for everyone to laugh at admire.

There should be nothing for people to complain about this time, and we should end up with some very shenaniganry things as well. So, let's see what you can come up with!

Note that since this month's MeleeMania falls on Easter Sunday, there's a pretty decent possibility that it'll be bumped back to May. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to PM me along with a 100 forum point Question/Concern Fee and you will receive a prompt and courteous reply.

That fee does get split between various people (Possibly even the judges). As well, I consider it moderate payment for the time it takes to do all the background work to get the map set up (Putting in the things, formatting the sign to work in hammer, having to pack everything into the map, etc.)

So even though you are adding stuff every month you need more? I guess we will now be paying to have a song, sign up, enter the map and talk since people have to put an effort into the stuff?

In the current point economy, we are having difficulty keeping the lights on. Unfortunately due to this, the Server Ops team has no choice but to charge rent and institute several fees for Event Server usage. The charges are outlined below:

• Rent: 1000 points per hour (50% deposit required up-front)
• 2000 point map installation fee
• 300 point jail setup fee
• 50 point jail charge per use
• Security provided for additional 500 points per hour
• 100 point booking administration charge
• 80 point floor polishing fee

All charges payable to any Server Op. 50% rent deposit is to be paid upon booking. You will be billed for all charges within 5 business days after the event. A 5% late fee will be charged for each day past 7 days after invoicing, up to 30 days. After 30 days, TheVille Collection Agency will be notified.
