I remember having Frau suggest it to the committee a long time ago, but was thus shot down due to some conflicting opinions at the time. I'm glad to see the idea come through, regardless of how much time is past.

I think this will be hilariously funny, so count me in!

Operational question, do we have to provide our own lyrics for what we're sending or will that be figured out by our beleaguered admins?

Also, is there a limit on songs per person? If we manage to survive giving every person one round are we going to go round again?

Providing the lyrics would be helpful, but we can usually find them ourselves.

We'll try to give everyone a chance to sing first, but after that there's no restrictions.

Don't worry about finding instrumental songs. The regular versions should work just fine.

It's on by default, so you should be fine unless you disabled it. The option is in the advanced section under the multiplayer tab of the in-game options.

I've been suggested to sing Rebecca Black's Friday. The song that makes me want to choke, as does it many others. But hey, humiliation is a goal here for this night so why not?

I might want to do two songs so I'll figure out a second here soon
