You asked for it, here it is! 9 vs 9 mini tourney. 3 teams comprised of 1 of each class.

When: Sundays April 5th, 12th, 19th
Time: 5:00pm CST
Server: TVX

  • There must be 9 different classes on each team during the matches.
  • You are not required to play the same class for the duration of the event.
  • Classes will be limited on the server to ensure only 1 of each class can play at one time.



Week 1
cp_well - 25 minute matches
Match 1: Team 1 vs Team 2 - 10 Points to winning team
Match 2: Team 2 vs Team 3 - 10 Points to winning team
Match 3: Team 3 vs Team 1 - 10 Points to winning team

Week 2
cp_badlands - 25 minutes
Match 1: Team 2 vs Team 3 - 10 Points to winning team
Match 2: Team 3 vs Team 1 - 10 Points to winning team
Match 3: Team 1 vs Team 2 - 10 Points to winning team

Week 3 (Finals)
ctf_campingtrip (Ian_Suffix's Custom Map) - 25 minutes
Match 1: Team 3 vs Team 1 - 5 Points per cap
Match 2: Team 1 vs Team 2 - 5 Points per cap
Match 3: Team 2 vs Team 3 - 5 Points per cap

Highest point total from all 3 weeks combined, decides the winning team!



These will be straight forward battles with no other restrictions or rules to worry about!

A thread was posted in the "Common Room", a forum all Ville guild members share, asking for captain volunteers. Nick Mame and Shimmybot were the first two to offer their services as captains so they got the spots.

It's not a regular thing, just a small way of saying thank you to all Ville guild members for their dedication to TheVille by offering them first dibs at captain status. We create these events for everyone, the captain selection here was just a special occurence.


FYI: Captains will now be selecting the first map!

It's great and all that we have 3 teams so everyone can play :)

But now that means that we'll never get to play cp_freight :( .......unless we change the first map....... >.>
