To me 1.3 accuracy is overdone, it allows a single person with a k98 to control the whole game.

Simple enough!

Because i dont want to be constantly killed by Squirrel...

So, i stick to 1.3, where squirrel is not playing anymore!!!

from the looks of things people are not playing 1.3 much either

since the cup a whole lot less people are playing on 1.3

I've really found the accuracy on 1.3 to be worse than that on source. but maybe that was just my individual machine, cause I'd shoot at someone who'd be jumping or moving out of the way in 1.3 and still manage to kill them even though the blood spray and character where somewhere else.

Not too mention the difference the CoF add on makes when on the server it makes for more interesting running gun fights, but I guess when your Main is Zook you dont get a lot of those

i dont play source for 1 reason, the guy who sold me my pc, noah i think his name was. said it was really top machine, but when i play source i cant get enough food and water in to the hamsters to keep it powered up, and once they were running so fast one of the spindles sheared off and his little wheel went all the way down the stairs, and he still as a limp to this day.










just kidding its just way to old, its fine if im the only one in the server but thats no fun.

The Cone of Fire plugin for Source has made a great deal of difference and many 1.3 people are trying Source again!
And 1.3 dead after the Cup? It's always like that after the Cup! People just get too much of it then take a break!

Over the last few days source has been booming..

Loaded server every night almost..

It took me a long time to warm to source, but now I think its great! I love the detail rich enviroments and more realistic actions of the wepons etc. It does take more getting used to since it seems the controls react differently

Since I bought my laptop I can can play in the side yard of my mom's house (I stay there when I work out of town) to hit the neighbors wifi (its a rural area) I've got a tent set up with a table and chairs and soda, aim the computer at the house down the road and I'm ready!

By the way, I messed with the setting on my video card, and can play source pretty well now.
