Server down for maintenance

Well...I finally cracked.

After years of patching, I wiped the entire server and am currently reinstalling everything....from scratch.

Apologies for any downtime.

Please let me know of anything that missing.

Yay ty Dog...looks good, except on a map change I don't know if it was just me or the server but I timed out.

I will delete the reg blob and see later. Thanks again for all your hard work.

The new bots are confusing now =P

I have removed StatsMe for the meantime as it hasn't been loading.
Maps are all basic configs.

Installed
- Medic plugin
- HLStatsX

Do we want
- team swapping plugin at the end of each round?

I would hold off from adding too many plugins right off the bat...see how it runs under load and then maybe add some.

And yay no stats means people might actually play for fun =)

I didn't care much for the team switching plugin, on the few servers I've been on that had it running, people didn't like it much either. Plus on tv3 the regs usually are pretty balanced, so by not switching the teams, it's still usually a pretty good close game, if that made sense.

I am not a big fan of the team switching.

I am timing out between maps too.

I am with Lemming on the forest map....

The timing out is strange.
I can't quite figure out why it has started it.
We have a exact same setup on another server and it doesn't do it.

I wonder if it had something to do with the latest steam update...you know everytime those come out they break something that was working just fine. Reminds me of the patches in Everquest...always have an emergency patch to patch the patch hah =P

nm...I don't think the patch did it because we would be hearing a lot more people complaining about timing out on map changes. I shall continue my search

got to be something when the server loads, I checked out a bunch of other servers and didn't get the time out on map change.

How about a map vote? There are some maps that can chase out players. It would be nice for anyone to call for a map vote especially when it is a bum map.
