I get the impression that if this were real, the Magnetic Sapper would be overpowered, and the garrote would be underpowered.

Althought I don't know the full story, apparently some guy leaked a while ago that the heavy was the next to be updated before valve announced. Now he's saying that the spy AND the sniper are next to be updated. Keep in mind this is according to rumor so there's a 90% chance I'm wrong.
