Most of those taunts you can hear being performed with enough time to get away.
Additionally some of those people are just bad, there's no reason to run AT the face of someone using a kill-taunt, not when it's so easy to shoot them from outside range, or walk around the kill area and hit them in the back.

Still, 7 minutes of spectacular win and fail.

This happened on pl_dbheights tonight. We played the entire stage with the cart thusly positioned. I finally decided to record a few seconds of it.

Sadly, this is no longer as easy as it used to be, since Valve did patch the Sticky Jumper negating all self-damage, but that doesn't mean it's still not do-able.
