That was a fun quasi-seed of TV2.

Relaxing for a spell.
Also the first screenshot I've taken on 1920x1200. Big pictures become bigger!

This is hard to be cool and suave while being informative at the same time. Goddamn my coolness.
In my experience, common sense isn't too common.

Hey All!

I got some screenshots from playing on TheVilluns' servers, mostly WARPATH2, thought you would enjoy. You might find yourself among them as they're mostly death screens. I play in DirectX 8 from various locations so they are either 1080p, 1152x864 or 1024x768 so don't expect super eye candy. Just expect that you might find yourself doing something awesome or hilarious.

We'll start this off with my current favorite: dammets being a total super-badass while his medic gracefully dies in the background

Double that with another sweet dammets shot from last night

The one in my signature was one Frau got right after she died of me about to stab the pyro who killed her in the face. Perfect time to die! Led to an awesome shot :p

Ran around a bit with the new first person world models; they basically let you see yourself if you look down. An advantage to this is that your weapons are mostly hidden unless you look down, without affecting your overall accuracy, but you lose out on a number of the animations that you see in first person. If you want to use them, enter "cl_first_person_uses_world_model 1" in the console, or use 0 to turn them off. These are the same world models present if you play using the Oculus Rift VR Headset. They are client side options that can be toggled at will; as of now it doesn't appear that a server can restrict players from using it, but the only advantage you really get out of this is that you can see around most of your weapons when looking straight ahead.

Spycrabbing like this, note how the wrist is twisting behind the UI:

A neat cosmetic advantage is that you can actually now see non-hat cosmetics that you're wearing, such as this case where I've got my Business Casual on.

A downside however is that unusual effects are also visible, VERY visible, as evidenced by the thick smoke cloud from my soldier's Pith Helmet.

An interesting bug that also occurred with my soldier, for some reason I didn't have a world model beyond the smoke cloud; my weapons appeared to be floating and swinging in mid-air.

While i'm here, i'll just leave this here as well:
