Something I thought up yesterday when I was watching TV, when what I saw reminded me of what this is referencing.

I dunno if I hit these two Soldiers in the exact same spot or something but they died and both fell down in the exact same position.

So here's what I did yesterday:

1. Started a game on koth_badlands with bots. (They don't move, even after I've made a nav mesh for them. :( )
2. Selected Auto-Assign for my team and Random for my class; joined RED and became a Medic.
3. Chose random class again a few seconds later, just for the heck of it. Apparently I became a Soldier, but my viewmodel indicated ... something else...

Image

My secondary and melee views were totally bugged as well. Both looked identical.

Image

My primary behaved like the Direct hit. The "Draw" animation played every 1.5 seconds while it was my active weapon. Reloading made the Medigun handle go forward as though attempting to heal with no target. It still reloaded my rockets like normal.

I tried to cause it to happen again, but it didn't work.

Just doing some practice on Tr_Wakway, and I realize all the soldiers look like this.

My target reticle did that the other day, very annoying having a box like that in the middle of the screan, just missing texture files.

It's a bug where hats occasionally vanish, sometimes completly, sometimes reappearing in the center of the map. The culprit in question here is Foster's Facade.

The bug can also occur with The Essential Accessories (which remove the scouts legs).

This is hard to be cool and suave while being informative at the same time. Goddamn my coolness.
In my experience, common sense isn't too common.

A spot on Deplane that we hadn't seen before.
