Why was I banned?

I been playing on these servers for...uhh..well since they began I guess. I don't really remember, I've played since the game was released.
Now all of the sudden I find I am banned from all theville.org servers?
Why?

Bans are not discussed on the public forums. Submit a ticket with our help desk at
http://www.theville.org/helpdesk/. Please include your SteamID so we can look up the details of your ban.
