New Ville MGE/2v2 Bball Group

Hey everyone,

(loco)Danny and I have started a ville MGE steam group to make it easier to find others who are interested in occasionally playing. Many of you expressed interest in mge the last time maple made a thread about it so here's your chance to frequently play with some other villuns!
We've also been playing 2v2 bball a ton and are hoping to get some more interest garnered in others about it. If you've never played, it's two teams of soldiers on a basketball court trying to rocket jump an intel briefcase into their basket. Once you get the hang of it, its insanely fun and very addicting. It's a great way to practice airshots (or if you're me, its a great way at practicing missing them) and rocket jumping.

I probably should have put that we are rocket jumping noob friendly and we're there for fun so if you don't know how to rj, everyone is friendly enough to teach you.

Never done 2v2 MGE, but I'll give that a try sometime, too.

I don't think there is 2v2 MGE. There's Ultiduo, which is a 2v2, but it's not really MGE.

Utiliduo is where its at! Nothing like seeing whos got the better shotty skills after all rockets have been expended trying to drop the medics

If you feel like you are bad at rocket jumping bball is the most fun way to improve! Its like Whose line is it anyways? because the points don't matter. Its all about whiffing 30 air shots and then hitting a crazy one that makes Danny crater into the ground.

Alex, maple, danny, and I played mge and bball last night. I got my face shot off, my head shoveled in, and my butt exploded.

MGE is fun when you have nice people to play with that don't get too competitive. I hate playing people that do lame stuff like ALWAYS jump to the same spot, or get ahead in damage and start playing ultra conservative, or counter-jump all day long. Lame lame lame.

Youtube "Wonderland Bball" to see the best player I've ever seen/played with/got smashed by. Wonderland is some kind of deity.

I got "welcomed" to bball yesterday by Danny, Maple, and Blackhawk. By "welcome", I mean crushed by my realization that I have absolutely no rocket jumping skills, not that I had much anyway. It was fun though. It's quite amazing how hard it is to put that stupid briefcase in the hoop.
