3 pages for Item?

I haven't figured out quite how to do it.... I've heard you have to go into crafting... Is this true? and if so what next?

For the spell book? Nah when you have 3 pages use them from your inventory on the spellbook, like a key to a crate

When you get 3, and have used them with the spellbook, it becomes a wearable misc.
