OK.

So changes are in place. I added Turbine to the maplist to keep the CTF people happy!
If you are not happy with the settings for a particular map (eg it ends too quickly or takes too long), say so in this thread.

Play the maps first, tonight, without the fast respawn times because the dynamics may completely change and then comment if you think things need to be changed. Every map will require a little tweaking as I have added winlimit to the configs but winlimit means different things on different maps, so we'll tweak it as we go along.

I likely won't be around much this weekend to help test the new server settings, but I hope things run well! One question, why use dustbowl as the seed map instead of badwater?

I'm looking forward to the default respawn times. Also this rotation looks great - though would love to trade Dustbowl (since it's got a 24/7) for Granary, but I'll enjoy it nonetheless. Thanks for the updates.

We just seeded TV7 in record time (compared to how long it normally takes in the afternoons). We'll have to see if it manages to keep the crowd all afternoon, but QuickPlay definitely got it full really fast just now.

yeah, that was probably 15-20 mins to seed compared to 40-an hour+

I love the new changes to TV7! I also love the idea of voting on a new map each month. The Stock respawn times will help us all work on our dodging skills and hopefully create a more thoughtful player base.

Thanks for bringing up the thread Mummy, and thanks for all the suggestions Domer, Baron, Ohnoes, Zork, and YNWA, and anyone else that I missed.

Not sure if this is intended or not, but with the winlimit at 6 on thundermountain, I've seen teams cap a midstage and end the round. Kinda weird. Multi-stage pl maps aren't going to lend themselves to quick and easy ends no matter what you do.

I started with 3 other randoms and seeded the server in about 5-10 minutes. Once quick play kicked in, it was easy.
