I can take a stab at this. I'm thinking of doing something using SFM. Are there any other requirements, like particular classes to feature, weapons and items to feature/not feature, a team logo to add to it, etc.?

Nothing really specific other than a dark style of theme

I'm thinking I might want a better camera angle that focuses on the Scout more, but I'll have to shift some things around a little to do that. Is this concept along the lines of what you're looking for?

I wish it didn't lose so much detail in being shrunk down for use on Steam, but I think this one shrinks down better than the previous version. Will it suit your needs, I hope?
