Yeah, in certain circumstances the FoS were way OP. I still think the GRUs are more overpowered, though.
The Backup does charge too easily. They should have made it deploy faster or something to make it's effect less crappy.
I don't like the melee weapons converting nocrits to -25% damage instead of nocrits, especially on the Powerjack. I get it due to the nocrit thing but still. In melee, crits are everything, so losing them is a big deal for those weapons except if you're doing melee only.

That's a matter of opinion, but it's less of an upgrade now, and more of a side-grade.

Buzzy, come on, you should have seen this coming.
You know how OP the Equalizer is (was?) compared to the shovel.

Didn't you only use it for running away anyway? I don't think you should worry about less damage.

fists of steel nerf = awesome, those crappy fists needed to die.

Equalizer could do 1 damage for all I cared, it's the speed bonus that makes it so good. It's not that annoying so no one complains about it though, and that's fine with me.

the melee changes weren't very well received in the beta...no idea why they decided to push that through, but at least there'll be less demoknights.

flare gun buff = awesome.

vita saw buff makes it overpowered in comp, but it doesn't really make a difference in pubs, it was already banned in comp so I guess that's ok.

the battalion's back up needed that nerf, now it's charge rate is on par with the other banners.

I'm really looking forward to coaching, there were some kinks in the beta, hopefully they were ironed out, and hopefully you can pick which server to coach on (so if I wanted to only coach players on theville, I could choose that, for example).


all I want now is the replay system, can't wait to not have to be recording demos every game just in case I do something cool :P

oh gog, they buffed the loch n load?

but I thought it was strong enough to begin with!

oh well, guess I'll just start owning everybody that little bit harder haha.

Fixed not being able to see the correct colors for painted hats when running with DX8

it was horribly underpowered before.

now it's a bit better, but not having rollers + a halved clip is still too much of a downside.

The only problem I have with this update is the nerf to the Eyelander.
All the other nerfs to the melee weapons is fine by me, but I don't think the Eyelander needed to get nerfed.

i'm sorry i just cannot understand how the loch n load was underpowered

i get more kills and destructions with it than i ever did with the regular grenade launcher.

people who dont understand how absurdly powerful loch n load is...are those who got angry when their grenade missed their target...and switched out of frustration...its probably one of the most powerful weaps in the game
