My favorite, and most disappointing, is going for the last point and realizing there is no spy. Then switching to spy and basically walking right to the last point and capturing it undefended.

Infiltrate to the 2nd/4th point as Spy. Hide behind the ledges surrounding the point and two shot Ambassador easy targets until I am found......now everbody will know, oops!

As a medic:
1) curse the demo who has killed me with crit sticky spam after I've dodged 4 rockets and 2 huntsman arrows
2) building uber and getting into position at the tunnel entrance only to be left hopping around at 100% frantically looking for survivors after a Matt-kritz has taken out a third of my team

As a soldier:
1) uber bugling (running out of ammo whilst ubered and ending up with just my horn in some heavy's face)
2) shake fists at pyros in tunnels - somedude and dammets I'm looking at YOU

Least favorite is typing out TF2 telegrams in Warpath shorthand ("sg far side bridge left STOP spy medic dead ringer topside tunnel STOP"); time for me to get a mic.
