random question at the end of all of this...

am I the only one that prefers attacking to defending on this map?

Defending is soooo much better.

i'm going to add in a very non-scientific poll to this thread. Hopefully this causes no offense.

I have a strong opinion about which team I prefer, but it isn't related to attacking or defending. I prefer to be on a team that is communicating and working together, regardless of side. In the context of this poll, I guess I'd have to go with "no opinion," though I guess if everything were completely equal between the teams... gah, hard to say. I really don't think I care. I feel like defending is a greater challenge if both teams are equally effective, so I suppose D gives me more pleasure.

This is exactly why I say don't do it. When round 2 is exceptionally fast, you're just going to stalemate round 3 unnecessarily. Wait for stage 1 and switch.

Red team = ridiculous kill streaks

Blue team = more satisfying to complete the objective

Exactly what Prang said.

I like having a goal to accomplish rather than waiting back to kill people as they get funneled through.

How in the world did you see...oh wait, that's not the rotation server. Am I the only one who hates Dustbowl so much that I'm never on TV6?

I like defending except on the map change. When teams are scrambled it makes it really hard to get everyone ready before the round starts. Defending stage 2 is probably my favorite.

only if you believe that patronizing your opponent with tf2 training wheels is going to be helpful.

I wasn't sure if I should agree with you before, but now I know I don't. Sure, it helps people play better by being beaten. But most people will just quit when they're beaten badly, repeatedly, for half an hour. Having someone of skill, or even just someone who talks, will make it more enjoyable, and can raise morale.

So are you unable to talk?
