Yes, when playing as a Spy, the halo doesn't get cloaked.

Valve does not work Saturday or Sunday, and I'm not sure if they will work Monday because it's Labor Day.
So the soonest it would be patched could be Tuesday.

I just going to point out to you that that is not a longhorn. That is an african breed of cattle called a watsui. The watsui have two types the regular and the ankleo. Thier horns normally go un in a v not straight out to the side. Same color patterns but not relates. The are even a different subspecies of of the bovine family. And that is your agriculture lesson for the day.
