its gotta be your real steam account name, not the nick you use

I'm getting that "The Steam Account ID you provided isn't valid!" error as well, and my Steam account IS Buzzy_Beetle.

Am I missing something?

Assuming you registered for your free account...


All you do is enter your steam account user name.

mine's l3eeron, not <eVa>l3eeron even though thats what shows up on the sig (cuz that's my nick in TF2).

If your getting invalid steam name then either you entered it wrong or maybe the steam friends network is down.

....you're 100% positive you're using the right steam name?


Its the username for when you log into steam
