Filled up fairly quick and stayed that way for a while. Do some of the maps limit starting loadout? Or is that dependent on which of the 4 teams you join? Sometimes I have all the weapons to choose from and other times only 2-3 to pick from.

In the upper left hand corner is a refresh button (looks like double arrow chasing itself.) It's probably some workaround to some menu problem he had.

Tried it very briefly tonight, seems like a fun game.

Wouldn't mind it if there were more objective than just kill the other team, but I guess it's still pretty new, so hopefully something will be added.

The original game had a two team mode and each team had to open up more crates which had money; it was about money back then. If you killed an enemy, he dropped his loot. New guns cost money or you picked them up. Looks like they removed money and just put the guns in the crates instead. The four team shootout is pretty fun when you get a couple people on your team to work together.

Added:
- cl_disablehtmlmotd cvar to Options/Multiplayer/Advanced. Use it to disable the HTML version of 'message of the day' window. This will prevent certain ads from showing, as they may cause general annoyance, client crashes and other undesired effects.

Removed:
- unofficial 33 slot server support. It never was officially supported in first place, some server ops 'hacked' it though. Mod isn't ready for these many slots, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Fixed:
- revolver fanning affected by iron sight sensivity
- wrong color for assist in death notice

Changed:
- player collisions changed to soft collisions for enemies and friendlies, temporal fix until something better can be found
- fof_robertlee: exploit fixed, less explosive barrels

Balanced:
- dual wield handguns get same player speed than single handgun mode, before it was slightly slower. Note this isn't related to weapon overweight speed penalty, as carrying only 2 handguns doesn't decrease your speed.
- explosive barrel: notoriety reward decreased to 15

You'll really want to enable cl_disablehtmlmtod 1 as most of the servers contain flash adverts in their message of the day screen.

Game seems great. In my opinion it would be better if it had more weapon mechanics to give the game a more exciting feel than just aim and shoot but then again I feel like that would affect the flow of the game, since it IS just an aim and shoot game (currently since there's only deathmatch) All in all a fun game to just mess around and get drunk on whiskey.
