Possible Civ 5 Villunful Games?

After playing with King for the first time online in a LONG time, I am reminded how great this game is with friends. Question here being would be if anyone would wanna hop into a game with us one of these nights for some shenanigans. I prefer to COMPLETELY randomize the game cause it addeds to the hilarity! If you are interested let us know!

I haven't done any civ5 over the internet, would it be something where we need to stay connected for the entire game, or can it be played like PBEM where we get notified when it's time to take our turns?

Hmm... if it was Civ III or Civ IV, I'd be stoked. Civ V has never done it for me - seems like too much of a war game instead of an empire builder.

Then again, I've never played multiplayer.

Hit me up if you need another, I'm willing to give it a try. Fair warning - I don't remember most of the tech tree or new combat rules well, other than no unit stacking, and ranged combat's existence. I can come be your whipping boy

We should wait until Brave New World is released because vanilla multiplayer is god awful and they're supposedly fixing it in the update.
