Scans from the issue of Game Informer got leaked today. So, for anyone who doesn't subscribe to it, you can read the article on all the changes in Borderlands 2.

Seriously though, it sounds like they've learned from what people didn't like in Borderlands (obviously since General Knoxx fixed some of that).
Can't wait for more.
