Here is your chance to lean how to play Natural Selection. Me and some of the long time regulars will be helping to teach every who wants to lean this Tuesday the 17th at 8pm Ville Time (9 EST). We will be teaching both forms of the game, classic and combat, along with strategies and tactics to help you survive

..............if I have any hope of playing this game........I'll show up. A K/D ratio of 1 and 17 is not making me think I have some sort of natural talent for the game.

I also ran around some servers the other day and was like WTH, but I did get a feel for the controls as well as the alien jumping and crawling on walls, and the commander thing for marines. But, I still was getting owned by bots and had no idea what I was doing. Also, you can choose classes? and yeah, i kind of stood on top of this resource node thing but i didn't collect any resources. I come back later and find this huge green ugly thing built by aliens im assuming on top of it. Please help me, I hate being a noob.

Resources are a group effort, they are collected and distributed to the team through Resource Towers. Your team needs to have as many of these as possible, while destroying your enemies. Once the tower is built (but a commander or gorge) the tower starts to distribute resources to the members of the team automatically (if alien) or add the to commanders pool automatically ( if marines)
