Pokemon Black & White

I don't know who here actually plays Pokemon any more, but the Black and White versions came out, like, yesterday and there's a crapton of information on the games.

Personally, I think some of them are ridiculous (a garbage bag? And ice cream?), but some of them are pretty neat (the sarcophagus and the third-stage pure Dragon-type)

In the originally Pokerap, the singer clearly says there's a 150 or more Pokemon to see.

Truth be told, they're running out of ideas....though holy crap is that a polar bear...and I think #623 is Phobos from Darkstalkers. Not only can I dig it, but I'm a sucker for polar bears and Mayan robots.

Also, the hermit crab looks pretty cool.

gears? a dude with an I-beam, or a piece of concrete? a snowcone? really? that makes me hate Pokemon. They are really miling it for all its got. Kinda sad.

Something tells me that Koromori is going to be just as common as Zubat, but even more annoying, because it's faster than Zubat and has an attack that can cause flinching.

I as well. I was excited when HG/SS came out, but this is the first game in quite a few years that is actually introducing a new region instead of just pokemon or remakes. Well, that was 2007 with Pearl and Diamond, but still....i think.

Munna and Musharna are key in accessing the Dream World. That smoke they give off is what gets you into the Dream World (don't ask).

Speaking of which, in the Dream World, you can catch old Pokemon that may have new abilities they can't usually have (like Vaporeon with Hydration instead of Water Absorb)

the teenager in me (and apaprently someone that makes the game must've thoguht it was funny also) finds it funny that pokemon #420 is a grass type.

Some of the new dudes look incredibly bizarre, but some look pretty nifty. I like the fire starter and his evolutions. He shall be mine.
