Ok, so this game looks pretty amazing. They just unveiled it at PAX on Friday, so it's still deep in development, but they've got a ton of things going for them. The dev team is made up of veterans from Tribes and World of Warcraft, and the inspiration is obviously there.

Oh, and signing up for their forums is putting your name in for the beta, so go for it. (My forum name there is the same as it is here =])

Looks good, might have some potential. Gonna have to look into it more. Most interesting part I found out so far is it is currently planned to be a free to download/play. The game however will be funded via micro-transactions.

Yeah, I'm definitely really excited about it. It seems like there's a lot of interesting things for group support too. Their version of clan/guild thing is an 'army', and one of the commentary videos mentions that the Thumper they all gather around is part of an 'army tech tree', so it'll be interesting to see what other things are going to show up there.

It kind of reminds me of planetfall, but with a mix of Borderlands and WoW. Should be good.
