Diablo 2

Does anybody still play Diablo 2? I just re bought the expansion because I lost my CD key for it and was wondering if any villuns played. Great game if you don't have it.

I don't have it installed right now, but my family and I are planning on switching back to that (from WoW) here sometime soon, so I'll probably be getting back into it.

never got into the diable universe, and i thank god that i didnt.... reading and hearing some of the stories, it looks like another edition of evercrack

My brother and I killed that game a few summers ago. We put enigma runewords on our hammerdins and used the teleport skill it grants to farm mephisto enough times to build enough wealth to turn them both into smitadins (smite-only paladin that uses crushing blow to chop off hp by percentages while leeching massive amounts of life).

Together, we were able to take down Lilith, Uber Duriel, Uber Diablo, and eventually all of Uber Tristram with just the two of us. That kinda put the game to rest for good.

A month or so ago I decided to check up on D1 through battle.net and it was one of the saddest sights. Me and the friend that were going to play made up 1/3 of the battle.net D1 population.
