This is a game I own but have never played - I suppose I should install it. I don't imagine I'll be able to play this weekend (at least not before Sunday afternoon) as I have friends in from out of town, but I might be able to start up next week.

I'll watch a couple intro videos and such, but as it sounds like the new server is a community sort of thing, any tips or advisements for a total newbie on getting started and not screwing everything up?

Can fire up the server again if anyone wants to jump in. Was playing on a friend's server messing around - hit me up.

3. EXPLORE!
4. Rope is good, I guess.

Maybe I'll re-install Terraria. I used to really like it until I started playing starbound. I'll look through the new patch and see what's up. I used to really like terraforming in terraria.
