Yeah, I have seen zero stuff related to e-sports. It's mostly just quest and level like any other MMO. There are dynamic events and I actually enjoy the fact that the harvesting of resources is interactive not just fly around map on preset path. Repeat for 2 hours.

Anyone actively playing this? I was interested when it was first announced but only got around to messing with it this weekend.

So far feelings are mixed on it. It's definitely CoD with giant stompy robots. It uses dedicated servers but they are spun up in Azure on demand so you still quick play into matches. I'd say 90% of the matches I have joined thus far have been absolute stomps. I have yet to actually play a good match...

AFAIK, very few warranties transfer through owners so I'm not really surprised that the XFX warranties transfer. If you pick the right cards they still have the lifetime replacement warranty though which is all I really care about.

I also had a motherboard that was EVGA and they RMA'd it twice for free. I have nothing but positive experiance with them! Having to RMA anything at all shouldn't be considered a positive experience. Honestly, manufacturer is more important than chip. Personally I wouldn't touch anything EVGA makes with someone else's 10 foot pole. After I had a 8800GTX melt cause the thermal pads on it were absolute garbage and had to RMA the same motherboard 3 times to get one that worked, I am completely done...

In my experience 2 players doesn't constitute a team stack. It constitutes two friends wanting to play together. Sure, they may be vastly better than anyone else on the server but it's hard to say, "No. You can't play with your friend. You guys are too good."
