I even reinstalled HL2 no luck???

:( I'm still trying and I still get"Failed to contact game server.I've even updated my Symantec and made sure my firewall had steam and Dod as exceptions ,still no luck it can't connect to the server for TheVille IIII can't figure this one out.I can connect to any other server except III. Pappy

Yes I have,I even went through just the steam menu and put the server adress in and the same thing happens.I can connect to DODS with no problem,but it still makes no sense that I can't connect to DOD.
