The strange items needed in the recipes are random so you can be required to get a strange shovel or a strange kritzkrieg.

The community in DotA2 isn't as bad as you guys make it out to be, unless you are put in the low priority pool for abandoning games, etc.

The game does have an incredibly steep learning curve compared to LoL, but they've recently added tutorials that slowly teaches you the basics.

Speaking of medics, can we stop acting defeated when the team has no medics? I feel like the team has already given up when someone begins complaining about it through voice.

The only time I've seen scrambles happen are at the very beginning of a map change, which doesn't really solve anything with 5-6 people on each team.

The only reason it was banned in UGC was because of a reload exploit. It is still a pain in the ass to play against in certain maps (ie koth_arctic). It's flashy and gives a new way of playing soldier, but it's really cheesy.

I got the bazaar bargain banned.
