I would hold off from adding too many plugins right off the bat...see how it runs under load and then maybe add some. And yay no stats means people might actually play for fun =) I didn't care much for the team switching plugin, on the few servers I've been on that had it running, people didn't like...

Aloha, I don't recall seeing aussie players with 400+ pings..usually they avg 200+ and pulling some unreal shots out of their 4r$e. I suspect all players from down under aimbot =P I'd say anything over 700+ should get teh boot...but thats just me, I dont mind shooting a whole clip into a warping guy...
