Hey is there a way to resize a pic in MSpaint so I can use it as my avatar but not lose picture quality? The smallest I can get it is 9k with some minor color loss.

do it regular adn get someone to host it... ( waits for stevo and cobra to chime in)

I don't think you can resize with paint. If you have Microsoft Office installed, chances are that you have Microsoft Photo Editor. You can resize with it.

You can do anything in Paint. Some pictures just can't be resized like that without looking terrible.
