when I boot from the A drive and have the startup disk in it gives me a message
I/O Disk Error and to replace disk and press any key and then it just boots from there normally |

I have XP and I've created a MS-DOS startup disk.
Do I have to change the boot sequence or just leave the dis ... |

Well my cd-rom problems have seem to have stopped I think I got rid of some suspcious files in my registry and that did the trick.

well everything short of running virus scan and spyware scan and increasing my security settings
theres nothing I can do to get rid of the program..... |
