They can't be on your C: drive because the Internet can't see your C: drive.

You need to host them on a image hosting site such as Photobucket (which is free). The image will have to be in jpg format, not tga format. So to convert, google IrfanView and use it to convert the images to jpg.

Once on Photobucket, there will be a forum code under the image that you copy and paste ....

BTW, for the future,
In console type this:

bind "F12" "jpeg"

and all screenshots will be in jpg format if you press F12.
